Heheh- thanks again - as for the above - aye everything is all up to date (Husband makes sure of that)
My personal thought was that the system had a hiccup and tried to process the CC request more than once - flagged to my bank, they declined it, I tried my DC and that was fine. However I still would've liked a reply / confirmation from their security dept to either say - oops yes our system had a bit of a fit - sorry, or hmmm, err nowt to do with us duck!0 -
does anyone have a contact number for mobiles.co.uk? nowhere to be found on thier website.
Thank you0 -
01923 804444 (I think) but its been removed from their site recently so maybe they have been cunning enough to change the number but then again......0

Thank you
Yes you can find their numbers (I prolly put this on my other post)
Select 'contact us' from the customer service menu
will give you the option to 'send an email' for one of its dept (select one)
On that page if you scroll down there is aFor further contact details please click Here

Following on from my query..
I went to their parent company shop - CPW this morning to ask for help & advice - and to be fair the manager was really helpful and understanding
He tried to call them and couldn't get through (but they apparantly have the same number to call which is odd - ho hum)
I tried the - hey! if you can match their offer close enough I'll cancel my order with them and order it with you... BUT
Lo & behold they'd shipped my item out this morning - LMAO
He explained the distance selling act and my right to cancel & a couple other tips.
So - looks like I'd best wait till Monday .....0 -
Don't forget that the distance selling regulations state that the timer for returning/cancelling is 7 working days from when you receive the item. Hopefully everything is as you wish and you have no need to cancel0

Cheers - I should be getting the phone tomorrow (Monday) , but I'll be at work so will miss the DHL delivery (boo hoo) and off out to college in the evening - prolly wont get it / have a chance to play with it till Wednesday! LOL
Will let you guys know how I get on.
Thanks0 -
Dolphinstwins,
As per previous thread please drop me an email (ben at mobiles) so I can look into this for you, I can't investigate unless I have an order number or your email address.

I have just spent my entire lunch hour on the phone to these cowboys. I was promised a delivery of an iPhone last Friday and it still hasnt been despatched. I want to cancel and buy again from a company who show their customers a little more respect.
