    As per our website and the phone line message, we are experiencing severe weather-related staffing problems and there may be a slight delay in replying to emails as a result.

    I can't comment on why your despatch was delayed but you should have been receiving system emails keeping you updated on the progress of the order. If not please contact me directly via (email) ben at mobiles.

    Thanks, but I have now received my phone as a result of a visit to my local CPW store to chase.
    Appreciate the 'weather' is causing issues (My mum is still under a foot & a half of snow whereas mines all melted) But as per other comments all over this forum a review of your communications proceedure would be of benefit to future customers who perhaps aren't as used to the 'email culture' that is prevailant these days.

    Lisahobden - I'd suggest going into your local CPW shop and asking them if they can check their systems, mine was quite friendly and was able to advise the status of the order and what was happening, unfortunately they couldn't do much more than that as they couldn't get through on the same Tel no I had... (They're the parent company and your order will be on one of their systems but they can't do anything else)
    Problem I was stuck with was no one else could offer me what I wanted on the tariff I was willing to pay..
    But if its not dispatched and you want to be Savvy - see if they're willing to match what you want and you'll sign up there and then and cancel Mobiles .co.uk... (Heheh - sorry Ben!)

    Yes there are a few peeps (Winks at Silk & giggles) that reallllllllllly don't like this company, but if you got a fabby deal & get your phone and don't have to speak to them again you're onto a winner aint ya!
