This week needs to be the week of action, action, action!
We wont be able to sort out buying a house (well my parents buying) for probably two years now, as my uncle is living in the house, and has to buy out my dad and my aunt, but I dont really mind living in rented, as we'll get help from housing benefitWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Don't you get free dental care when you are pregnant!

as soon as my exemption card comes through, im there!
had the worst night so far to date, sat up and cried for about 2 hours, just being hormonal and wanting our own place, and thinking im gonna be rubbish at being pregnant and a mum etc.....
DH came to bed, listened to me, gave me a hug etc, and then my tooth was killing me, he'd fallen asleep and i was still awake at 5am.
Managed to doze from about 7 am till about 12....
DH has gone off for his first day at work, proud of him...... but now im a bit sad that he's not here with me....:(Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

Fingers crossed the exemption comes through soon. It sounds like the tooth is making you really down. I know you prob don't feel like it, but maybe you should pursue the voluntary work. It would give you a focus while you are applying for other jobs.Have the job centre given you a hand with applying for jobs as well?Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

well apparently because of my skills and experiences, it shouldnt be taking this long.... which was a great comfort LOL
I think you might be right, I'll try and see what appeals for volunteer work....
The tooth is easing off during the day, just at night, ruddy thing, and its never in the same place!
Think now I just really need to be in our own house, with all my own things, i feel like I cant really touch things here.... or do what I want to do when I want to do it, like have a bath, or do laundry etc..... Plus I really need my dog back now....I didnt realise till I saw him again and had him on my lap exactly how much of a pyschological healer he is for me.... not just dealing with the last pregnancy but now with all my fears about this one...Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
hope OH first day at work goes well.
you are going to feel pretty rubbish until you get that tooth fixed. Will a dentist not see you anyway - it is pretty obvious you are pregnant?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Get an FW8 from your doc/midwife. It sounds like you have to ask for one, rather than them automatically giving it to you.

Do try and pursue the voluntary work. I am a bit worried about you. You sound very down. At least if you are getting out of the house you will have a focus and a value on what you are doing.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
