Open CCLEANER and goto TOOLS and START UP
If your happy to do so then DISABLE these from starting up (You can manually start them up anytime you like)~
Creative Live! Cam Console
anything ROXIO related
Windows Live Messenger (May need to switch this off from within the program iself)
Dell quickset
ehtray.exe (Microsoft media center)
Anything SKYPE related
Anything REALPLAYER related

Id recommend uninstalling ALL toolbars (windows live, skype)
Install GOOGLE toolbar in their place
