you need CCleaner and malwarebytes.....see RIK's link for malwarebytes, CCleaner can also be downloaded from filehippo....ditch spyware doctor, you have the wrong version of it anyway

Please uninstall spyware doctor and try malwarebytes again

malawarebytes was what I downloaded and it ran the scan told me what I have said above and went immediately to a site asking for 39.95

i did in fact do the right hand click but when it takes you to the next page it says if doesn't start click below so I clicked download which must have taken to spyware doc have got it now thanks

Ditch mcaffee and get a decent free av.
If google still works on your laptop remember to use it before you download any old carp like regcure or doctormypcasss.
Majorgeeks is a clean website for d/l progs and won't try to have you over.
A hijackthis scan would be helpful
