Is that because they aren't owned by Rover?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Took it to Kwik Fit and they changed the valve, re-used the original cap (nice girl racer pink metal ones!) and swapped the tyres back over. Took about 5 minutes and I was right - the psi was far too low on the tyres which is why it was getting heavy. I expected to pay up to about £10 but certainly no more.

blooming typical, some people get all the luck..... me i get the car to drive home wont start, called out recovery... turns out the starter motor is fried....... jump started and got home, parked thats it until the mechanic over the road gets time to look at it and replaces part for £60+ - good job car boot season has started... mind you need the car to do it.. oh hoop....!
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)

I increased the monthly payment which reduces the term. The first time I did it (20 years down to 10) the guy on the phone just reduced the APR 'because he could'. Which was excellent!

I've had my first redeployment meeting, which was fantastic. The HR person I saw is sooooo lovely and I feel so positive. It even turns out that if I leave and I am paid redundancy, then I can apply and return to the organisation immediately - how cool would that be - take the money, come backa month or so later and work here again doing something different..........imagine Cruella's face!!!!!! :rotfl:
