I'm going to make another chocolate and beetroot cake tomorrow as I still have lots of beetroot left from last weeks veggie box - it will be my celebration cake........

Might take my new girl racer sexy red Honda out and do a few do-nuts and hand brake turns to mark my new confident status..........okay, maybe not!

Wonder what my OH will say.......instinct says he will !!!! on my parade......but I'd like to think I'd be wrong with something so important.....

Not sure what I would write a book about!! Not sure I could do fiction, but some kind of diary maybe!
