Could you read back on what you just posted above?

What do you think is going to happen if you do manage to get another number for them?

I'll take a wild punt and suggest they will hang up on you, but not before you have incurred further costs for your phonecall.

[TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] just be looking at the T&C's. It is clear what will happen.

It is also clear that by giving out your bank details, you are accepting the T&C's (the bit where they tell you they are taking money from your account).
It also goes on to say, if you wish to cancel, it MUST BE DONE IN WRITING.
There is no option to simply tell them over the phone at the end of the call you wish to cancel, the ship has sailed, the horse has bolted, the money has gone, it's a done deal.

Closing them down achieves nothing, they just spring up the next day under a different name and carry on. This time without the widespread Google hits telling you it is a scam so it makes things worse.

It shouldn't be too difficult to spend just a couple of minutes looking at their site (including the T&C's) to ensure the company you are about to call is genuine.

Failing that, make a post on here, you won't have to wait long before someone will warn you (although many others have simply ignored the warnings....."because they sound so nice on the phone")
  • i think my friends just been done by same company dose anyone have phone number for ak soloutions i can get her to try whats surgested here and up date the ombudsman

I'm liking the connection between Females & lusting after other peoples money :):)

You can take anyone to Court if you like. Consider what you are hoping to achieve. you want your £79 back I take it?

Have you attempted to follow the complaints procedure at all?
Write to them and ask for a refund (NOTemails, not phone calls, not text messages, not facebook, not twitter, not MSN Messenger, not carrier pigeon)

Write making a FORMAL Complaint and if you don't get your money back, haul in the regulating bodies.

About 99.999% of people who have paid the money simply cannot be bothered to do that though, which means they will continue to lead a very affluent lifestyle in big houses and expensive cars, which YOU are paying for.

  • only a man could say but its true blonde is not always a beauty, indeed not always that clever, just good old fashioned ripped off, like loads of others, but people didnt need money would not apply, but me being blonde, would i know whats a broker and whats a company, probley not as its well hidden, within the T&cs which is usually somewere, you wont look or cant look cause there is so much jargon? which puts people off which is why people end up complaining.
