But if you did that, then you'd be the same as every other selfish shopper.
I like the thought though.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Has anyone ever walked round a shopping centre and decided to walk in a straight line rather than move out the way of every other selfish shopper?
Oh God don't get me started on this one - it turns me into a woman a good 30 years older saying things like "I'm so sorry was I in your way there?" and "you're quite welcome" at the top of my voice.0 -
Oh Lord, don't get me started on discourteous shoppers!
I'm the miserable old bat who, having held the door for the old dear behind me who is struggling with her shopping trolley, gets left holding it while another six or seven oblivious people sail through without even noticing me, let alone acknowledging my courtesy, until I get annoyed and say, very loudly, and with a massively exaggerated Panto bow -
Thank you .. quite alright .. anytime this week will do ...
What I can't understand is quite why they look so surprised unless they think that every supermarket has a 59 year old, grey-haired, handbag toting grandma as concierge!0 -

And I just happen to have a bar of co-op fair trade dark chocolate.
Do you want some bestpud?

Oooh, you selfish mare!!
But I don't like dark chocolate anyway, so you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!
And, no, you are not sharing my instant custard!0 -
