Ringing up though, they were very helpful. Some companies these days may have been inclined to try and get out of paying the rebate anyway they could but Primus didn't.0 -

I joined in April too and had not received anything so called last night. Nice guy I spoke to and laughed recognitionally when I explained why I was calling.
He went on to tell me that the Accounts Dept (or something like that) are saying if no billable calls made in a month they will not pay out for full quarter ie. £15 rebate per quarter.
He said they have argued this is not the way it works as there is nothing in contract saying you have to make chargeable calls each month. They are constantly fighting with Accounts according to him, anyway he went and credited my account there & then.
It is annoying having to chase them up though!!:mad:0 -
checked my account today and the £30 they owe me still hadn't been credited, so i rang them and had a fit, and the girl at the other end said it was too confusing for her and put me on hold for ages.she then said she'd credited my account with £3o but it still might not show up on the accounts page fpr days.think i'll be keeping an eye on it to be honest!! "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
