Count yourself lucky, I didnt get a phone call, email or anything to tell me that mine was cancelled twice !
When I called them I was told that it would be a least next weekend before they start delivering in my area again.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Ocado were great during the bad weather. Our deliveries come from Coventry (we are in Gloucestershire) and they were always on time and the drivers were still cheerful. I made sure that I emailed Customer Services to ask them to thank the drivers. Think dfelivering :jmust be a rotten job sometimes....0

Any delivery job can be a rotten job but with the weather like it has been I'm now pleased I'm out of it. I will ALWAYS be grateful if my deliveries come because I know what it like to be the person behind the wheel.
I would rather make a polite call to enquire if things are 'as usual' than ring up to complain. People died as a result of the 'Big Freeze' and the supermarkets were right to cancel orders.DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024

I'm impressed with Sainsburys who delivered on time after our second heavy snowfall! They arrived with two people in the van whereas it's usually only one. Not sure if this was to make deliveries easier for them, or perhaps someone was learning
Thumbs up anyway!
