*adds self to the list of those either snowed in or probably going to be*

Snowed yesterday from 5 til about 11. Has been snowing today from about 6? and is still going now. It's a nightmare, was walking in the tyre ruts so I didn't sink. Took me twice as long to go to Sainsbury's ( a 5 minute walk) and there was about 10 people there.

Went down the pub last night and had a mental one - one of Pint's mates was towing another on skis., having snowball fights and making snowmen before going back to the barmaid's house for a bit.

Have got a few pics up on FB for anyone who wants to see

ETA: Niksyg, where dya live? Am in between Pompey and Soton and it's pretty bad here

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

In the second one you could see how mad he was becoming. Ended up entangled in his lead more than once  Oh and the reason why he is on his lead is his recall cant be trusted and our garden is semi open

Ohhh Bath is still on as long as the trains are running :D Mum abandoned her car half way up the hill out of our 'area'. However lil bro got all the way to work (we all work in the same area) so he is bringing Mum home and he will drop us at the station tomorrow :D

    Heya all,

Woo hoo snow day for me :) I work at one of the Uni's in Bristol and we have been told no work today! DD's school shut too so she is a happy bunny and has gone off to reek some teenage havoc with her pals in the snow, bet I won't see her till the end of the day now crazy kid! She just wanted a couple of quid to get a bag of chips for lunch, wish my life was soooo simple!

Planning on having a chill day today, cups of tea and my book and maybe a bit of telly :) Nice!

The snow is just inconvient for me - I never get a snow day anyway so it just makes my walk in and back slower...
