on the website mine still says courier booked 20th december !!!!!!

The address on the website appears to be a residential address, where he lives with his mum and dad. Getting to the office shouldn't really be a problem, but he may be ill, or not at home and not able to get back.

I'm haveing the same problem with them atm aswell, placed order for rrod repair on the 20th decemember xbox was picked up the next day and delivered to them the day after going by the DHL tracking service. Had no replies to emails either, but I have dealt with them before and again had a few problems with communication and what not but they did the work I wanted and it worked perfectly. Just a matter of waiting, friend of mine has used it aswell though with no probelms and they seem to the reliable enough to actually get the work done eventually.
