Have you tried to phone the person doing it? Maybe having issues with email?

Typical, more than likely a 15 year old doing it out of his bedroom. I suppose its the un knowing thats more annoying. All I can suggest is to keep emailing.

ive had a big sorry from them :P however he said he emailed me loads and he said they went in my junk mail, i said !!!!!!!! as i always check everything in my inbox lol
