Glad to see you got them back eventually, have been lurking looking for good news.

I did get a partial refund from them for mine, but that was through paypal as a gesture of goodwill. Maybe because I went through the paypal procedure to get an answer back. When I closed the dispute on paypal, I commented that they need to sort out the admin side and communicate better.

I dont think id send mine back to him if it didnt work after all this, just try and get a refund probably. If it ends up breaking again I think I will just upgrade to an elite probably. Just waiting for order status to changed to shipped now.

mine is an elite there not too good to be fair

You could use (google it or pm me for address) ghost2fitter he is very good for future flashing/upgrades/repairs.

In terms of reliabilty the elite is no different to the arcade its still the same console just in a black case.

My order is 871/873 for my xbox 360 to be flashed and repaired could you tell me if you have done this.

Yes it is now complete and ready for despatch, it will be sent tomorrow morning by DHL

Also will i be charged an extra £10 as you sent another DHL person to collect if when you had already recieved it, i have invoice here if you need proof.

Will i be charged Full price still even though my son (14 years olf) has been waiting over 3 weeks !!! for the repair, i wouldnt mind but you have not even tried contacting me at all,and i check my junk mail everyday just incase it goes into there.

I will refund £15 back onto your account once you receive the Xbox back and are satisfied that it is working.

lastly why does my order still say courier booked when it should say ready to dispatch.

One Status is updated, however I will mark them both as ready for despatch now.

Really annoyed that he is still ignoring all of my emails now.
I have the order inbetween, mine is 872 lol.
Good that atleast one of us is getting something back off him, ive had no offer of money back, no apology and no replies to any of the previous emails.
So is he sending yours back tomorrow then or is that from yesterday?

Ive sent him another email asking what day it will be sent so i can make sure someone is home when it arrives and shockingly enough, I've had no reply lol.
