Hi, just to clarify, as I had problems with this company, I did get the email saying that they had received it and then one saying it was despatched, it was after that I had problems. On their website it showed as completed but I had not received it, kept emailing them and they kept telling me it was on its way and then they stopped responding. Eventually, after many emails, it did come back and is working perfectly and they gave me a £20 refund as a goodwill gesture.
It may just be that I think it is only a one or two person business and they may have been off over Christmas. At this time of year 2 weeks isn't too bad.
