empanada is anything really and you wrap it in bread dough and bake it in the oven.. ours is usually fish with peppers/tomatoes n stuff - should be sort of flat.. not big and puffy if that makes sense?

rice balls - make a risotto with white wine and chicken stock.. cut dry (that cheap, usually danish, vaccuum packed) mozzarella into cubes, when the risotto cools down make balls of it aornd the mozzarella, coat in breadcrumbs and fry... they should be about the size of cricket balls

It's as I've said miro hun - she can't even get help for herself because she doesn't see how poorly she is. Thinking of you hun. Have caught up with your posts - I hope the lady you e-mailed does catch on to who you're talking aboout angel. If not, call the people I suggested in confidence and tell them everything. It'll be a long holiday with only skeleton staff everywhere so the sooner they could put plans in place to help s the better.

I've asked her to tell me what she does etc, if anything.

I do feel very dirty for doing it though She is the one woman I know won't betray my confidence though.

you've done it for all the right reasons tho miro.. no one can blame you for that and the consequences if no one did do anything could be really bad... I know it feels like a sh1tty thing to do but I don't really see what else you could have done

Feeling really down today, am under the weather with a terrible sore throat and a blocked up ear, which is really not good for the type of work I do.

Also I made a boo boo on a phone call which was being quality checked on
and my line manager is a two faced sour cow who talks about everyones quality checks behind their backs.

I am technically in between line managers today and they fell out over my work hours. Basically the nice line manager had been me down to work 12-8 tomorrow and horrible line manager wanted me in normal hours - nice line manager won.

My horrible line manager was only temporary and had to be interviewed on Monday for a permanent job, I really hope she did not get it.

So at the moment I am working between 2 different contracts, I might tell nice manager that I feel as though I am ready to take more on in his team if he is willing to train me.

Things are better with hubby though and he bought me some Strepsils to work during his dinner hour
