I've decided I am not doing christmas this year - no tree, no presents, no cards or anything. Will get a few presents and have to attend 2 xmas meals, but the rest of it I am not going to bother with.

thanks feelingood It's a long story, but I've had a few months of heavy work to distract me, now it's stopped that numbness inside has crept back. I really would like to crawl under the duvet and stay there.

Lots of parties are coming up at work, I think I'll pull out at the last minute. Sounds like you have Christmas sorted! BTW I like your quote.

Something nice about the sea, almost magical, any sort of water does things to me.

I've been spending far too long in bed, just lying there and staring at the cieling.

Oh I have to admit I don't know any Johnny cash. Yes, did the avatar myself as a method of scanner art, but the lovely iwanttosave put the christmas affect on it! First time I've felt christmassy, actually made me smile
