Just another post from me :)
Wondering if anyone can recommend any other support I might be able to get? A 5 minute appointment once a fortnight isn't keeping me going. I've been refered to the physcotherapy team, but don't really know when that'll come through, or what they can offer me. Is there anything else I can do? Is there anyone else that can help?

I didn't go back to work after drs, I came home. Now I'm sitting here dreading going in tommorrow. I think when I go in I'll have to ask for a reduced workload, because I really cannot cope with feeling so awful.
I haven't told them anything yet about how I've been feeling, but I'm going to have to. I'll explain that I've just been prescribed anti depressants and that they take a few weeks to kick in (please tell me they DO kick in!). And ask for a reduction in work now, with a view to increasing it back up o normal levels, gradually, when I'm feeling better.
What do you think their response is likely to be?
