Thanks, I stopped crying at about 8pm, which took my grand total to 53 hours of pretty much non stop crying!
I still feel completely on edge and my eyes fill with tears for no reason, but I've done a bit beter today. Decided to get out of the house and get the wind in my hair. So me and my OH went to a farm because I love animals. I had a great time, and for a few momens felt "normal". But then when it was time to leave I felt sick and teary again.
I keep rememinding myself that it's only 2 1/2 weeks til my work breaks up for christmas, surely I can manage such a short amount of time.
I'm definatley ringing the drs first thing tomorrow and begging for an appointment, will have to go to work tommorrow as I can't afford any more time off.

Doesn't sound to me as if you're ready to work. If you go to the doctors you might have a better chance of getting a quicker appointment.

Doesn't really feel to me like I'm ready to work, but I'm viewing it kind of like falling off a horse. Having not gone in friday, the longer I leave it, the harder it'll seem to be to go back.
Luckily my drs really good and I never strugle to get an appointment. Especially as the only urgent stuff at work tommorow is in the morning, so if I need to I can leave at lunch.

I agree that avoidance is generally a bad thing and it can create anxiety / fear about the activity but if you are genuinely not up to going to Uni / work etc. then it can make things worse. Particularly as most of us here are experts at beating ourselves up....

Tired tonight - going to watch Planet Earth and go to bed

    Hug u all

Thanks Im fully aware that one can't switch it on and off, and it can take many years if at all to realise it neither can we see it,that we also have to try and help ourselves, but we can't see the way out of the tunnel to get well again, what I am saying is and we dont reallise or know how to help ourselves to do anything about it. No Im not on anything at all,it took over a year or two for me to get well again and the daily pressure s of life don't help,
i suggest you read it all again and try to read between the lines, have a nice day,:j

Well, it took me a couple of hours to fall aslep last night, then I woke up a 3 am and couldn't get back to sleep, so I'm not exacly feeling great. But I am determined to at least give it a try because I really do feel that if I don't go in today it'll build up to an even bigger scary thing in my mind.
Will ring doctors at 8am and ask for appointment this afternoon - fingers crossed.

    Hi clearvisor. Welcome! :)
I don't know if I entered the twilight zone, but you quoted my post to miro and I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. What is your reply trying to say hun? Would you be so kind as to enlighten me please? Thanks.
    Best wishes,
