feelinggood wrote:Ethel, I didn't get that, what was that about?
Welsh, sending hugs, hope you are alright xx
was a convo between b/f and me... he;s convinced that one of our neighbours fancies me and he was referring to this neighbour as my b/f... wat was really annoying tho is that prior to that we were talking about general stuff and then he just threw it in.. always have a row when this neighbour comes round or if he's brought up in convos.. so I never do. Anyway as luck would have it this neighbour turned up about 10 mins before b/f did tonight  so now I've got sulky chops all night.☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Hi ethel:hello:
I agree. But it's logical when you think about it. When we're unwell, our heads are down, we don't make as much eye contact, we're a little round-shouldered, we usually don't really care about how we look, we look stressed, we're maybe a little terse, we avoid deep conversations and we withdraw...
It says ''Come and get me!'' as surely as if you had an arrow above your head! We look like victims half the time.
Saying that though, it can work the other way surely? If we change our posture etc, our body language then says to people ''Don't even think about it!''We can con 'them' into thinking we're not vulnerable. You can 'act' the part. And other people only need to know what we decide to tell them. This can be another trick to our arsenal.;)

Oh for goodness sake, perhaps if he spent a bit more time concentrating on you, and a bit less time concentrating on your neighbour, things might be better all round?!xx

I'll reply to posts and PM's later, sod if anyone doesn't want me tooI've had a couple of days off as the whole 'S' thing is getting to me.
I bought 'a' bear today, but tomorrow I could be a bear with a sore head, as i'm due to meet 'S' (I say due, it was meant to be today, but she postponed a day again, due to being 'busy' )
Anyway, I am going to air my grievances, so she may not want to see me again after tomorrow. I'm going to try and phrase it right, so as not to offend her, so any females who want me tell what they think of my phrases and/or want to help me get the right words, I would be grateful.............of course Blinky and any other male can help too, if they likeIt's just I speak English the way I was taught, which is different to typing as I have to think when I type
So I can come cross abrupt, when it's not what I mean to be
Anyway, will write some more later and write back the PM's and other posts, I need a walk with my flatmate.

Hi - I'm onlto week three of my prozac. I was scared when I started taking it - I thought it might affect my driving so I took it after i'd finished driving for the day! I also made a special trip to the chemist when I got a cold because I was a bit scared of taking it with paracetamol products - too much reading on the internet!
And, I haven't dared touch a drop of alcohol since I took the first one - there seem to be lots of tales of people having a couple of drinks and then going a bit strange!!
Anyway, I wanted to ask.....when my GP gave them to me he said to come back in about 4 weeks and book an end of surgery appointment for a longer chat. I've been putting off making the appointment but called the surgery today and was told he wouldn't be back until 11 December. I can't make an appointment with him until he returns.
I only have 7 more tablets left, so I will have a gap between taking the last one and when I get an appointment, which may not be for a few days after the 11th.
If I ask for a repeat prescription, will I be prescribed more? Or do you think I'll have to return to the doctor's to see someone again?
What is everyone elses situation - can you get a repeat prescription?0 -
Awww Ethel - I can understand that. I'm not allowed to be alone with my brother in law (OH's sisters husband) as OH is convinced that we are in love and just waiting for that chance to be alone and we'll be going at it like rabbits. No chance! He can't understand that. Once they get a bee in there bonnet like that it seems thats it. Grrr.
Docs went well, got my sick note so can carry on my claimsStaying at the same level of meds as it is affecting my sleep. Didn't mention the slightly manic times, as tbh, I like them - I get stuff done and am really happy when I'm up lol.
4 days without ciggies!
Hopefully I'll get back online tonight, for I won't be online at all tomorrow, I'm out all day!!!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Right guys, the Tiff is off - feeding time y'know!
DS has gone straight on to a new 2 hour dance class in our town straight after a full day and 1 and a half hours each way travelling time to Stratford-upon-Avon college, so I probably won't see him till 8pm, hence the reason I've been able to get on t'internet.:DBless him, he's been out since 6.45a.m.! He'll be starving by the time he gets in...Oh well, as he likes to say...
''Bovvered!'':rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Hopefully will get back on later. Hugs to all!;)

If you phone the receptionist oakdaleminx and explain, they will either make a prescription for you to collect, or ask you to see another doc to get a short presciption. Hope it goes ok.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
