Morning Saz, thankyou for the best wishes, really means alot
I'm in a very good mood, its rather scary :rotfl:
Blinky, I can understand what you say - I'm scared, what if things go wrong, what then? Can I cope with that hurt? Its scary, but we've gotta go for these things haven't we - we'll never know otherwise
Hope you understand why I'm not writing that much, I've got things on my mind and they are making me think of nothing but them! Hehe, its nice though, if a little inconvenientStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Morning/afternoon everyone!!!!
awww blinky **hugggggggggggs** It's natural to be worrying.. its hard enough to deal with the depression but then adding another person to worry about into the equation is naturally going to make it scarier.. try to focus on the positives and enjoy yourself x
mornin sazbomb.. what they gonna do to your building? WAKE UP!!!! hehe xx
Feelie.. I'm soo proud of you.. and a bit envious too.. I can't manage 4 hours never mind 4 days without smoking atm xx
Hope you're ok today CC.. still no miro huh?
Hmmm one thing about my hidey hole is that I have to make a conscious effort to come in here.. before I had the lappy on the kitchen table so it was easy to be here posting while doing other things, lol☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Yes hun, I have and I do use it myself. Amitryptyline is an a-d but it was prescribed to me for severe IBS and dairy allergy reactions. Made a heck of a difference!:j
I try to avoid reading the side effects as they can be upsetting and I don't want to worry or 'think' myself into having them.
BUT, it's always a good idea to read the part on any advice slip for any medicine, that's titled''Do not take this medicine if you have...3 heads...etc'':rotfl: If you're really worried angel, speak to GP.
Needless to say, with any medicine, if you feel ill after taking it , call your dr immediately. Hope this helps angel.
Much Love,

I put on weight easily and find it very hard to lose.
If anything can help me lose weight, without cutting my food intake down dramatically, that is the only thing that works for me. I eat when I am stressed, afterwards as a reward and rebuild so I can cope with the next round of life's !!!!!!!An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Got up super early to phone the doctors - only appointment was at 9am, so I had to run round like made to get dressed. Got there a couple of minutes early, phew. About 15 mins after appointment time, receptionist says doc is going to be 30 mins late - no can do, I've got something to do at 10am. She asked if I wanted an afternoon appointment - thats what I asked for in the first place :rotfl: so I've gotta go back later
Sleeping badly at the moment, don't know why - the tabs are supposed to make you tired. I've probably got too much on my mind.
At a bit of a loss about what to do, I've done all the housework and washing. Hummmm.
Oh, and one of the things I do to pass time is to answer questions on Yahoo! Answers, and had a look on thier leaderboard, and this is my ranking:
UK Ranking - 89th
Global Ranking - 2319th.
Not bad considering there are probably millions of people there
I can now say that, officially, I am 2319th best in the world at something.
Roll on day 4 without smoking or drinking!!
Well done

Sazbo wrote:Morning everyone. Feeling like a zombie again today but nothing new there! At least I have the afternoon off work to go to meeting with contractors, so for once I'll be home early.
How's everyone today? CCStar, Elona, Blinky, Ethel, how are we doing? Hi and hugs to rosie and miro too. Welsh I didn't sleep either if it's any consolation, tho I'm sure it isn't. Hope chat with psychiatrist goes ok.
Take care everyone, have a good day

I think most of us have that problem
The only real way to lose weight is to take less energy in (eat less and better) and use more energy by doing exercise / being more active. The latter is particularly difficult when you're depressed.
Thanks for the hugs - I need them today.Hug provider for depression thread :grouphug:

bit better?
as for exercise, I'd like a bike.. I thought I could use my kids ones but they're too high for me, lmfao
I've been really lazy about food lately and we've been eating crap.. result is we all feel lousy so I'm going to try and make a conscious effort to start making proper food again.. it's so bloody easy too... whack it all in the slow cooker in the morning and forget it.. dunno why I make such a big deal out of it☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆
