There are two things that scare me

Getting really really fat and feeling terrible, in front of people.

That is why I avoid anything that alters moods without being very sure.

People seem to know when you are not feeling your best.

Prozac can help you lose weight and I lost 7lb in the first month, as it stopped me eating so much. I have trouble knowing when to stop once I start. I can go ages then once I get the taste and it is gorgeous, I have to keep going till I feel too full.

Coffee or tea helps the need to keep eating

that is one thing that's weird about citalopram.. I find it hard to cry too.. mention the effects to the psychiatrist when you go see him.. I don't get any of those symptoms. what time you have to go see him?

I think most of us have that problem :o:o

The only real way to lose weight is to take less energy in (eat less and better) and use more energy by doing exercise / being more active. The latter is particularly difficult when you're depressed.

Thanks for the hugs - I need them today. :(
    Some extra hugs for Blinky

    ((((hugs)))

They are free and very MS:)

My ex had prozac.. it made his sweat smell really awful and he was like a monster on it.. didn't agree with him I spose.

I can be like that too.. if it's something creamy or chocolatey.. I get an awful attack of pigginess, lol

I drink gallons of tea and coffee... even have a huge one of those metal thermal mugs to take out with me :o . B/F got given it for being such a wizard poker player, along with loads of other stuff.. I refuse to wear the t-shirts n stuff but this mug is ace.. keeps it hot for hours and it doesn't spill, heheehe
