hows things for you, hoping you ok. i will let you in on a secret rose really not ok at the mo. and im in terrible pain tonight (its the time of the month, and its soooo came at the wrong time)!!! amongst other things.

oh you and tiff with zimmer frames, now that i gotta see. dont woz you two, i will helpyas across the road, and come with you into the real world to help with shopping. xxx

Are you worried about anything in particular or just general anxiety?

I can understand why you are worried, hopefully it will soon be Friday, and then atleast you know.
I won't give the advice about long hot baths, reading and all that stuff - we all know it don't we!
Even a nice bubbly bath doesn't help when you've got something on your mind.
