re my previous post, she has never been able to connect since activation, both lights come up on the modem so it's sync with the exchange is ok, she just gets alternating "unable to recognise password" and " distant computer was unable to make coneection".
I was not looking for help (I'm down there today with 3 modems to double check that, and an armfull of settings for their broadband to check that) I was just point out there is NO real support...as of last night she still had not had a reply from broadband support !!
