Rumor has it that you work for T-Mobile, right? :)

Webkami - yes I do. We knew about this change around 7 weeks ago but couldn't confirm it until it had happened. So it was interesting to see it had leaked out early!

Joyous news for those who use this number for international access, but the facility to call 0845/0870 numbers via 07744 now seems to have disappeared.

Oh well, win a few, lose a few...

    - Not for all providers, and some also have some foreign non-geographic numbers as well

    Can you elaborate?

Do you mean that it's different calling from an Orange contract phone to calling from T-Mobile, or that some 07744 providers still do NGNs?

Got a txt yesterday saying that I can call 07744 nos using my T-mobile x-net minute allowance. As I wasn't sure about the source of the msg, I got in touch with t-mobile and they informed me that 07744 nos cannot be called for free as a part of my allowance.

The messages on this board seem to indicate otherwise...

Anyone else managed to speak to t-mobile cust care?

Some 07744 providers still do NGNs. The mobile network won't have any influence on this

Why not make a short call and find out if it has come out your inclusive xnet mins, with t-mobile you can check your allowance shortly after you've made the call or check it online.
