Citi gold Card - Direct Debit not taken

Just had a letter today saying how very sorry they are for this !!!! up and to let me that they have refunded me £12 charge and the £17.02 interest charges.

Excellent news you would think, only problem is they charged me £16.98 interest!

Whenever I phone I always get a message saying that there will be a wait time of 6 mins or more!

For some bizarre reason, having originally corrected their late payment fee on my account they have now put it back on again!!

Why are they unable to do even the most simple thing correctly :mad:

Nope, they charged me £16.98 but only refunded £17.02.... but it's now all over for me!

Account balance is £0.00 and the account is closed!

Has anyone had their latest DD yet? Mine went on 1st Feb last month and they usually show as being taken a few days before they actually are, its not showing as being taken yet and just worried they are messing up again.

Direct Debit taken on 1st March as normal. Hope that helps?

Thanks, I guess it'll be taken some time in the next few days then. I'll keep on checking and phone them if its not taken by Friday.

The full direct debit is shown as being taken today so, fingers crossed, the problems are over.
