i just hope you can get your money back now through paypal.
From now on you will treat every ebay auction like me...its a scam so i check it, check it again ask a few quesstions, check it again once happy bid.
Touch wood i have never been scammed on ebay but it goes to show it is still happening and you really need to be awareEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
Good chance taking him to small claims, although I'd expect paypal to refund.
Seems deliberately misleading and out to defraud.0 -
I was cautious about the listing to be honest but the thought of the seller just sending a photo never occured to me, I thought I might not receive the goods and I would have too claim money back. I read the listings a few times but I never took in the photo part, just reading what I wanted to see I guess. so stupid!0
