Productive day today. Have to update with totals. I have spent money on lunches, breakfasts, drinks etc over past couple of days which is wasteful but it has been a very hectic time- barely at home.
Earnings from 2nd job going well, need to keep up with the demands of this.

8 days til OH payday, 11 til mine.

Grocery challenge going well. Need to get cat food and also some fruit but should be no more than £10-15- sure there are some bits I need. But tomorrow is halfway and I should be up to £50 spent but I'm still on £12.45 and should be able to delay the next shop til the weekend.

Not much to report so far. £10 earned, NSD so far although will pop to shop for a few grocery bits.

Planning a quiet night in, lots of laundry and then a few hours of relaxing before an early night

    Purse balance: £17.28

    Bank balance: £259.70

November Grocery Budget: £65.00 (£35.00 and 2 days remaining)

Doing very well with grocery budget although not consuming anywhere near enough fresh fruit and veg. Have sold 3 ebay items, 2 collected already. 1 to collect tomorrow hopefully.

2 pieces of furniture and a games console to list.

    23 days til my payday.

Have washed all towels and bath mat. Washed all bedding from 2nd bedroom. Everything currently hung up and drying. Washing up done. NSD yesterday but not today as spent £5.08 on tea.

Still to come out of bank account:

    creditexper1 £14.99
    car ins £155.74
    equ1fax £9.99
    1ovefilm £9.99

I also need to spend £100 for supplies for 2nd job as well as buy a tank of petrol for approx £35-45. Those are the only essentials- I have some other bits to do but these can wait until next month.

I have coming in £220 from flebay sales plus whatever I make from current/upcoming sales.

So will be a tight month but a good one. My freezer is full of meat so grocery spends until payday should be minimal. Will beat my November grocery challenge but obviously December includes Xmas so will set a budget of £200 but expect to come well under.

    Still to do today:

put away toiletries/shopping in bathroom DONE
hang up clean towels and bathmat in bathroom DONE
reline bathroom bin with bag DONE
    wipe down bathroom DONE
list 2 items on flebay DONE
contact one buyer to arrange collection DONE
    buy my xmas pressie

    Purse balance: £22.85

    Bank balance: £168.41

    November Grocery Budget: £65.00 (0 days left!!!:T:T:T)

Very impressed with my grocery spend. New one starts tomorrow. I am setting myself the budget of £200 for December, including xmas meal, plenty of alcohol and treats. Still have lots of meat in the freezer so don't have to top up but if there are good deals at butcher I might. I need a few cupboard staples (canned toms, tom puree, rice etc) as well as fruit/veg/milk/cheese.

Car ins should be out tomorrow, which will leave me with £12.67 in bank. £212.32 should clear on Monday. Have some flebay sales ending, currently these will fetch me around £140. Must list a few more things.

Also due £345 in wages from second job around Friday.

Not sure how many days until I get paid- maximum 21 days.

Things still to pay for this month:

groceries, fruit and veg top up
    possibly fuel top up
a few bits for my 2nd job
    1 xmas pressie
    3 CC payments
    equ1fax fees direct debit
gas and elec bill- could pay half this month and half next depending on how tight things are
    any socialising
    any shopping

    Purse balance: £3.46

    Bank balance: £124.32

December grocery spends (budget £200): £27.26

First day of the new grocery budget. Spent £44.09 in A1di but £26.83 was towards xmas presents so only £17.26 spent on food.

    For this I got:

    spring onions
    pancetta cubes
    parmesan
    pack of 3 peppers
2 packs of mini sweet peppers
    mushrooms
    cucumber
    ramiro (long, sweet, pointy) peppers
    tomatoes
    block of cheddar
4 cartons of chopped tomatoes with herbs
    broccoli
    courgettes
    fat free natural yoghurt
    3 cartons of passata

Then I went to butchers and spend £10, for which I got 4 large trays of chicken breasts, some marinated. I have some of these already in the freezer but I won't be at this butcher for at least a fortnight so stocked up. These will be great for lunches or dinner.

Also visited primarni to return a faulty electrical accessory for £3. Was tempted by set of tea/coffee/sugar canisters for £5. Got to till and they'd been reduced to £2, result. :T

Tomorrow I need to pick up some bottled water from 99p shop and some milk which somehow I forgot, but should have enough pennies in my purse to account for these. Also fancy a treat from b00ts, so will use some of my points to get something like a bubble bath or face pack. Will also pop into new l00k to see if suitable gift for my final xmas present is there. I have 20% off voucher so will have a look.

Financials for the rest of the pay month (20 days max):

    £124.32 in bank account
£212.32 from flebay sales clearing into bank account on Monday
£345.00 in wages from 2nd job being paid Friday or next Monday
    ________
    £681.64

    Which has to cover:

    £150.00 supplies for 2nd job
    £155.74 direct debit
    £9.99 direct debit
    ________
    £315.73

This should leave me with £365.91 to cover:

    fuel top up if needed
grocery top up (milk, fruit and veg etc)
    more supplies for 2nd job
    festive fun
    2 CC payments

    All organised.

Also have a few bits on flebay but haven't included this in budget so any monies are a bonus.

It's a crisp and bright morning here. Up since 8.30. Done nothing hugely productive, just trawled the MSE forums and caught up on some diaries. I'm not a huge poster but an avid reader- maybe some MSErs are avid readers of my diary?!

Today a little shopping planned but nothing that will break the bank. I must be organised this afternoon with batch cooking for the week and with washing 5 work outfits. Need to change bedding too. Will see how motivated I'm feeling and if I will stretch to hoovering.....

    Will post spends later
