Would Mr B's Two stone / two grand / Four months thread be any help to you?

The challenge runs till 23rd April which might be a useful interim target, and it's good to have company on the journey. :)

I saw the challenge but I'm going to do things a little quietly if I can. The more I talk about the fact I'm losing weight, the worse it is if it doesn't work!

I'm taking it a day at a time, a pound at a time etc etc

    xx

Ok so far 2 NSDs in a row. Christmas is great for NSDs! I'm still waiting for around 8-10 transactions to clear out of my bank account so will monitor that. No surveys on onepoll today yet.

    Plan for today:

    [STRIKE]have a coffee[/STRIKE] done
    [STRIKE]get myself looking presentable[/STRIKE] done
    [STRIKE]make sofa[/STRIKE] done
    vacuum everywhere
[STRIKE]open all the windows- get fresh air into the place[/STRIKE] done
    change litter
    [STRIKE]take rubbish down[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]10 minutes blitz in bathroom and kitchen[/STRIKE] done

Ok credit score hasn't gone up this month so I've checked the report and this month's payments haven't cleared yet. Must be patient.

Onepoll has no surveys- I am 60p away from payout- so close it's frustrating!

I'm out to xmas meals tomorrow and thursday. Have wine for both which is great and also clears out the cupboards. Part of my new year diet is no drinking- which I will be fine with. We always have vodka and gin and tonic in stock but looking forward to there being no wine as that's more tempting!

quidco has £80 ready to payout- I'm trying hard to be patient!

Just remembered that January is our last council tax payment so I'll have an extra £128 to play with in Feb and March- this can go to debt repayments. My repayment schedule is looking very tight as it is so will come in handy.

Just checked my orange phone bill- it's £17ish this month (I don't use this contract- just have to pay it off until July)- usually it's £35 so I'm hoping it stays at £17 until July!

now getting together a couple of items ready to ebay... feeling very MSE today!

I'm getting there. 2012 is the year it will start picking up speed and be moving quickly. It can seem like my DF journey takes ages as I get paid once a month and make my payments, then nothing much happens until the next month!
