  • Just read your thread for the first time, you may not feel it a the moment, but looks like you're doing really well - down from 20k to 6k is great progression! And you've just slain Dotty P as well - bravo. Keep up the good work and don't get disheartened with workmates and keep your positivity.

Sorry work is tough. Sending you a big slice of virtual cake and a glass of virtual whatever-you-like to help you through. :)

Well done on having an NSD despite frustrations.

23 days til payday. NSD for me today.

    Positives

Lovely lunch this week, lots of treats and yummy things
    money-saving books arrived from ebay

Negatives are OH completely unreliable- hasn't done one thing he promised to in the flat, missed deliveries because he was asleep and says he's just about to do things as I walk through the door. Makes everything harder. Have said to him YESTERDAY I need someone I can rely on who is organised etc. He promises to try harder and I've just walked in to a home where the 3 things that needed doing haven't been done and a missed delivery which I've had to rearrange. But if I ask him/remind him/tell him to do something, then I'm nagging and controlling. Can't win- not prepared to do everything myself. Grrrrrr.

FWIW the time it would take to do these jobs would be 30 minutes max.

    Productive day at work
OH had been helpful with kittens today doing flea treatments etc
OH now recognises he can't say I'm bossing him about if I'm having to ask him to do things which he forgets (he likes to be reminded!)
Although it's pitch black I'm home relatively early
My food plan seems to be working well.
Finally got through to DP and closed my account. They're sending written confirmation and updating creditfile within 30 days.
