Apologies if i should not have posted but not been on here long! but have had to post this as i was left gobsmacked:eek:
I nipped into the local supermarket today to grab a few things, but before I started my shop I called to the toilet, whilst in there I could hear the lady in the next toilet what I can only describe as pulling loads of toilet paper out of the dispenser ( it was the small squares type toilet paper) I could hear lots of rustling about, so I came out to wash my hands when she suddenly appeared from the cubicle with a plastic shopping bag full to the top with toilet roll:eek: she washed her hands and promptly walked out!! I know times are hard for some people but I didnt know this hard

I have to raise my hand up and admit i have done this when i was a student. There's were weeks when i couldn't afford to eat, so did one a few occasions nick some bog rol from the pub toilets.
Thankfully now i can afford it...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I do this when I use toilets in bus stations or train stations where you have to pay
If I have to pay 20p to spend a penny I want to get my moneys worth.
Now thats money saving0 -
This happens quite a lot in one of the Tesco stores I used to work in. At one point we went through 10 of the large rolls in one day. They were either getting nicked or someone had a really bad case of diarrhoea.0

You saved money by going to the pub (!!!) and stealing toilet roll (why were you down the pub if you had no money for food!)You're talking a load of cr4p.
How so? They said that a Tesco store once went through 10 large toilet rolls. I can see that as being very doable, especially if some customers take a roll or two.0 -
Barrel of laughs, this one0

The only way you could realistically be this desperate is if you're living above your means or exceptional circumstances like redundant or homeless surely?"Well, we are a Christian country, it is an important part of our make-up and I don't see any reason to change." David Cameron0

Oh dear oh dear,
This is the reason why you get greaseproof paper for toilet rolls in public conveniences, because of this lot stealing sh#twipes from a bloody supermarket!!
For ####'s sake get some self respect.
I don't mind too much if I have to pay for a pee, at least they don't smell like an Albanian sheepherders scrotum (not that i have ever been to albania or indeed sniffed the genital region of a local sheep management consultant)
You could say this threads on a roll......The advice I give on here is based on my many years in the preservation industry. I choose to remain anonymous, I have no desire to get work from anyone. No one can give 100% accurate advice on a forum if I get it wrong you'll get a sincere apology and that's all:D
