But in my one I'm usually the joke so it's very easy to join in!

Know what you mean though. I reckon alot of people only look at the first page or 2 and they should be kept free for people needing advice!

I think it's a good idea too. Martin wants to keep the debt diaries on the same board though - he thinks it's what gives DFW its character and I can see his point

have to say i can never be bothered to read peoples diaries and they do take far to much room up on the board, it gets ridiculous now how i have to go 4-5 pages back to start reading the board from the night before!

and to be fair alot of these are diaries and more are getting created

hi, as a newbie to this feeling of enlightenment, I loved the idea of the DFW board, which says its a place for mutual support. Thats the reason i followed some established diaries in starting one. Not only has this really kept me focused but it gives me somewhere to relax (OH doesn't have a clue about situation). I am feeling embarrassed about starting this now as I feel like i've stepped into something that I shouldn't have and taken up board space....

the guys on our site wanted a blog space too so we did something called userpages - people have their own space attached to their profile to write what they want and i has a shoutbox for people to reply!
just makes it easy for people to find them rather than looking through a forum for an individual

this forum has the same version of VB so shouldnt be a problem for here
