I was actually thinking the other night that there should be a sub-forum just for debt diaries. I'm glad someone else suggested it.

I was thinking yesterday that actually the diaries are not as fun to read as proper threads, and I don;t use the board half as much as I used to now, as I cannot wade my way through allt eh diaries to find the threads where people want help or advice, whcih are the ones I want to read. I think the diaries can be a bit lazy, in that people just post anupdate and if you haven;t read the whole thing all through you have no idea what it's going on about.

also,there is so much messing around on them it makes them a bit like sitting in on someone else's conversation about stuff youre not privy to.

I think they exclude rather than include to be honest.

No offence meant to anyone, but I really don't like them as they feel very exclusive. I am only able to pop on every so often at the mometn and I don;t feel able to join in because you';ve all got in-jokes and stuff.

I'm sure others, and especially newbies, feel like that too. That kind of chat is more appropriate for the Discussion Forum IMHO.
