because if people know that their house, that they struggle to pay for each month will be taken from them to pay for health care, and wont go to their kids, then eventually people will not bother saving or buying homes. why should those who save and pay off a mortgage get a worse deal than those who go off on holidays every year wasting cash so its all gone, when the time comes?

That's the choice you make, after all you shouldn't need to pay a mortgage forever, & there are numerous benefits to ownership. If you don't save the money, you'll pay it in stealth taxes.

you should never be punished for saving.

there should be an insurance policy for decent health care, and horrible dirty homes that want it for nothing.

however, we can only have it that (a) we all pay - and if you can't afford it you don't get it or (b) we all don't pay.

You're an idiot of the highest calibre.

In order to get what you outline, we'll have to raise taxes. Given that it is what you want, I assume you're in favour of raising taxes. You want to pay more tax right?

    Thought not...

There is a scheme, operated by HMG, via the tax collection, which covers those who cannto afford their own healthcare if/when appropriate. Currently we all pay in to it. If everyone is to get help under this, we'll increase taxes significantly to cover the cost. Oh, & don't forget, we'll need to recruit more public sector workers to process this.

Apart from into your pants, do you follow anything through?

I disagree with most of this, but if that is the way you want it, then there should be NO free healthcare, and those that have no way of funding it should be left to die in the street.

i am happy to pay, provided that those who cannot pay do not get it. I am NOT prepared to pay for something I can get for free by spunking my cash up the wall in Vegas!

Then I'll assume you will vote for the party which offers you that.

Do not try to put words in my mouth, it is clear that I have not written what you state is what I want.

I am merely pointing out the completely flawed idea you've put forward, & how badly thought out & illogical it is.

its not illogical at all. it could all be paid for by slashing the public sector by 40% and slashing the public sector pay by upto 50%

Is there anyone (other than yourself) that you actually like?

You seem to have a lot of hate in you.

    It must be lonely....

I don't understand the point of this question? Am i supposed to like the inefficient useless overpaid underachieving public sector? Am I supposed to like benefit claimants and assorted chavs you steal money from my pocket every month and give back absolutely NOTHING to society except graffitti, crime and a general gloom?

I like people who go to work, pay their way and are not a burden to me.

I have nothing against helping out the truly deserving. My problem is with the other 90% of claimants.

This country spends 20bn a year housing scum. That is paid for by me and other tax payers, and yet I see no benefit other than loads of houses filled with anti social scum who are not in the least grateful for their free/subsidised home - who think they are entitled to one. They need to learn that they are entitled to NOTHING and should be thankful for the handout they get.

We need to be tougher on these people. No one in free/subsidised housing should have cars, dogs, holidays. if they can afford these, then they should be thrown out. These homes are supposed to be a help for those down and out, not a way they can afford luxuries paid for by the tax payer.

    This country is pathetic.

May be but it does pay some pretty decent benefits.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

I don't understand the point of this question? Am i supposed to like the inefficient useless overpaid underachieving White Horse? Am I supposed to like any human beings at all, & if I do may find they give back meaning to society and life and could lift me from my perpetual gloom?

I like to be a burden.

I have nothing against helping out the truly deserving. My problem is with humanity (or possibly myself, but I'm not sure I can admit this, even to myself).

This country spends 400bn a year on banking & capitalist naughty boys. That is paid for by me and other tax payers, and yet I see no benefit other than loads of houses being repossessed, whilst bankers get their bonuses - & think they are entitled to one. They need to learn that they are entitled to NOTHING and should be thankful for the handout they get.

We need to be tougher on these people. No one in banking/capitalism should have cars, dogs, holidays. if they can afford these, then they should be thrown out. These banks are supposed to be a help for those down and out, not a way they can afford luxuries paid for by the tax payer.

The White Horse is pathetic, & can't even spell leech.

    Fixed it for you,
