Oh what a nightmare for you Kayleigh! Did O2 give you any explanation at all as to why it had been brought forward? That's a huge leap! Is it to do with your upgrade?Sealed Pot Challenge #9550

Hiya, yeah basically O2 are blaming CPW and vice versa. Looks like nothing I can do about it

And to top it all off, everyone at work except the assistants (which includes me) is getting a bonus. So we have been screwed over yet again  I hate this place!!!!2019 will be my year!!0 -
Argh! How frustrating. That's so awful that they don't have a fair bonus scheme that's disgusting. You must feel pretty annoyed by that. It can't do company morale much good either.Sealed Pot Challenge #9550

Exactly! They treat their employees like sh*t! Which is why I've been straight onto the job search again today!!2019 will be my year!!0

:(:( to no bonus and to O2
I agree that must be rubbish for company morale! Very unfair
EON took my mums D/D out on a friday when it was meant to come out on the follwoing monday. She said it was a good job she had money in there. If she hadn't she would have ended up with a charge and it wouldn't have been her fault!
I hope things start to look up for you hun xOrange Fairy

Hi all, hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I've spent the majority of my weekend round mum's so have had most food etc taken care of for me! Payday on Tues, sooo can't wait!!
I have totally run out of money and am now starting from scratch again as per my sig. :roll eyes: Is such a crapper though because this month is gonna be a busy and expensive one! Have got school reunion and p*ss up next Sat, having my fathers day with dad next Sun, the next Fri is a night out with the girls, the week after is a family wedding, and the week after that is my birthday and Race for Life day!
Am gonna have to stick to a mega tight budget during the week to ensure I've got enough dosh to get me through these other events! Where's the NSD challenge?! Plus I am now eating the very last of whatever is in my cupboards so am gonna need a mass shop on Tues night. But hopefully I should get enough to last me the month and then I'll just need to top up on fresh stuff.
So my plan is to maybe set myself aside £20 for the week (other than the food shop) and once it's gone it's gone. Hopefully I won't even need to spend that much! But you never know what comes up! It's all trial and error I guess to see what I can live on, and then it should get me thinking properly about what I'm spending on and stop me doing it!! :rotfl:2019 will be my year!!0 -
KP that's a s**ter about o2, did they not give you any notification? I wonder if the financial ombudsmen or someone could give advise? I would send (by recorded del) a copy of your statement + letter notifying you of charges to o2 & cpw and tell them you want them to pay the charges, go on about how you won't renew your contract etc... it might not work but it's worth a try. Crap not getting a bonus too, doesn't seem fair to me

Well done on your weight loss though
Can't believe how quickly race for life has come round
Good luck with your budget, you should be fine

Hi littlekel
Just a quick heads up. If your mum has a monthly Fixed Direct Debit, payments should not be taken before the agreed date.
Where the payment date falls on a non-banking day (a weekend or Bank Holiday for example), the money should be collected on the next banking day after this; definitely not before.
I would give us a quick call about this. Just make sure everything is ok with the arrangement and ask why this happened.
Hope this doesn't cause you to worry but worth checking out. Drop an email to the address in my Profile if you would like me to have a look for you as will be happy to do so.
