Did you get advice re CapQuest on your other thread? You sure they're not doing that thing where they send you out a letter on different headedpaper but they're actually the same company? I'd send them the prove it letter too. Or one saying it's currently in dispute until you have recieved the proof.

niccatw, someone came back to me saying they are the same people. I think I'm just going to send a letter saying I can't afford that amount but will offer to pay a tenner a month or something and see what they say.

Think I have everything I need ready for hols! Just need to start organising it all properly now Am just mostly excited to be away from work for a week! Am so busy at the mo just getting everything done before I go and dreading what there will be to come back to! But I'm sure I'll forget all about that once I'm out there sunning myself

I'm baaaacckkk! And determined to be good now with all things money and food and exercise related

Got weight watchers tonight so she can tell me how many stone I've put on during my holiday and then I'm straight to the gym to start working it all off!

Big bro launch tonight tho, so gotta have the traditional night with a bottle of wine with mum! :rotfl:

Holiday was lurrvely thanks! Spent the entire week sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and getting an awesome tan! :j Already seems like a lifetime ago though! Need another one!

Havent managed to make much progress debt wise so far - am waiting for payday on Tuesday! But the one thing I have finally done is sort out the mobiles for sending away for cash! I've just had an upgrade to an Iphone so am getting rid of my Blackberry - there is a little bit of surface damage but if they ignore that then I should be on for £78!!! :T And then about another fiver from my other one! :rotfl:

Have started getting back into checking the mystery shopping sites again and have got a couple lined up over the next few weeks so hopefully can start getting back into it properly

I think I'm panicking because one month today is my 25th birthday and I was hoping to be a bit more sorted in my life by that milestone! I wanted to be at my ideal weight, in a decent job, with a decent bloke and having had made decent headway on my debt. Instead I am a stone and a bit off my goal weight, i've made no dents in my debt, am in a dead end job earning peanuts and there's no sign of any action on the man front!

Oh rubbish!! Just had a play around with the snowball calculator to try and take into account the overdraft charges I get, and I know it's not entirely accurate but that has come up with July 2016 as my DFD! Nearly a whole year more than what I thought it would be to begin with!

Really really need to pull my finger out!

Arrrgggh this just keeps getting worse!!

Checked my bank statement and O2 have taken my phone bill out today when it usually comes out on the 27th (after payday) and so now I've gone over my sodding overdraft!!!!! :mad:

Called them up and they're bloody useless. Can't do anything to change it and i've just got to make do. So I'm also now gonna get a £25 charge from the bank.

Why doesn't anything ever go my way?!!!!!
