Started on my chest of drawers (the one I never go in) oh dear! Have found all manner of stuff including a book I must have bought for dh once upon a time £30 on price tag, so have just given it to him and he's dead chuffed cos it's out of print lol - shows how long it's been sat there for.

Have been to Morrisons for lunch and to meet up with Nan and Pops cos kids wont see them otherwise this week then slipped on way home and my wrist and arm are really sore now so not sure I'll be flying anywhere now (no sympathy needed is just a very mild ache and I am a wimp)

    Right I have bin issues!!!

Our bins haven't been emptied for over 2 weeks now and I can't see them coming round until Tuesday.... I've tried everything I can to squeeze more in but it's not happening. I'm going to have to leave rubbish bags outside.... I know it's not the end of the world but I was wondering if there was anything anyone could suggest to try and make it as hygienic as possible? I have double bagged them all.
Is anyone else in the same position?

    kk

We haven't had a collection for four weeks now. Luckily I had the forsight to put bones and fat from ham shank and chicken into bread bags in the fridge. They are still there, treble bagged, I couldn't put them out in bin bags as it attracts rats, foxes, cats etc. We don't have any other food waste and the rest of the rubbish is not going to attract vermin. We have washed out everything food related too.

This is what's worrying me as we live behind a field.. unfortunately with a 2yr old still in nappies our bins are really smelly even when double bagged... argggghhhhh I have no idea what to do! Might try and get to the tip

More blasted snow here, around 5 inches. Had to walk up the mammoth hill to work again, talk about out of breath and sweaty by the time I got here! Penguin83 - don't come anywhere near here! After all I said to you yesterday the weather people have lied to me again!

Thanks for that Carlsberg, I got to work on Tues after we had only had a bit of snow (Wirral) and said that people in Leeds had said it wasnt good so we decided not to go. Within a couple of hours we got tonnes of it dumped on us so would have been stuck on a motorway somewhere no doubt! xxx
