  • Thanks for putting me on the list so quickly, Nottoobadyet! Could I be picky and ask if my maximum spend could be changed to 10 dollars instead of pounds though, please? $10 only works out to about 4.50 in pounds and I feel like it makes me look like I'm going to be spending loads! :o

I went to the shop today to get stuff for my next 2 lunches at work (day off today and Friday I have a meeting at work so I get lunch for free - yay!)
I've made some tuna mayonnaise with red and yellow peppers and sweetcorn in, to have in a wrap with spinach, and currently have a lamb leg in the slow cooker with fresh mint and rosemary on it, the leftovers of which will be a sandwich filling for Thursday.

I'm feeling so much better knowing I'm not frittering away so much money, and even if my home made lunches are not super healthy, they are definitely the Healthier Option instead of buying junk (and Cheaper!) :T

  • Ooooo.... CAN I JOIN PLEASE :D

Been back at work 6 days so far this year, and I've only spent money on one day! 1/6 aint so bad! I've got 14 more days left, so I'm aiming for no more than 3/14 for the remainder...

In plain english :o I'm aiming for no more than 4/20 for Jan!

Brought myself a corned beef with tomato sauce sandwich, and a bag of whoopsie crisps!

Sorry about that Mrs White, I'll fix it shortly!

Finally on the last portion of lasagne (!!!!) and also have some lentil / veg / noodle soup leftover from last night. I wish I had a bigger freezer so leftovers wouldnt have to go all at once!
