Thanks for putting me on the list so quickly, Nottoobadyet! Could I be picky and ask if my maximum spend could be changed to 10 dollars instead of pounds though, please? $10 only works out to about 4.50 in pounds and I feel like it makes me look like I'm going to be spending loads!
I went to the shop today to get stuff for my next 2 lunches at work (day off today and Friday I have a meeting at work so I get lunch for free - yay!)
I've made some tuna mayonnaise with red and yellow peppers and sweetcorn in, to have in a wrap with spinach, and currently have a lamb leg in the slow cooker with fresh mint and rosemary on it, the leftovers of which will be a sandwich filling for Thursday.
I'm feeling so much better knowing I'm not frittering away so much money, and even if my home made lunches are not super healthy, they are definitely the Healthier Option instead of buying junk (and Cheaper!) :T0 -
I'm getting into the swing of this now, i think variety is the key, today i have ravioli!Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500
