    Only 2/3 for me!
Ended up taking son into work as school closed (big boy!) Felt guilty for leaving him in office so gave him money to go to the coffee shop to buy us lunch - £11!

Failed this week but picking myself up and aiming for 5/5 next week.

    Yes please count me in.

This is one challenge I can join. I'm back to work on Monday and my aim is to spend nothing at work for the whole week. I'm going to take soups and leftovers and homemade bread. I only drink tea or water at work and so just take teabags with me (have a kettle in my office). Water is on tap.

My biggest challenge will be the chocolate craving that usually comes on in the afternoon and inevitably any chocolate I take with me doesn't satisfy it.

Got through the first week - 5/5. Going to aim for the same next week. Batch cooking this weekend so there should be lots of leftovers/bits and bobs to take in.
  • I don't normally work weekends but had to go in and make up the time I'd taken off through the week due to the kids schools being off. I was made a lovely bacon, tomato and mushroom butty by the girls who normally work weekends and make a big breakfast instead of a lunch. Omnomnomnom!!!

A week in and not been to the baker! Also not been back to work yet :P
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.
  • Well I made it through only buying a nice hot bacon sandwich on one of the rearly snowy days. Did the rest of the week with leftovers, baked potatoes and sandwiches, though I had one study day and was off on Friday as I'm not well. Fingers crossed I make the rest of the month
Saving for a deposit. £5440 of £11000 saved so far:j

I would like to join in if its not to late. Tomorrow will be my first day at work this year and I want to get off to a good start. I wok 12pm-9pm, I go to the gym a few mornings a week and usual have lunch at work before my shift starts and then have my tea at work later in the day. Because I spend a lot of time rushing around in the morning I often leave without packing enough food for my day and end up buying from either the staff canteen or the tesco express near work.

I work monday to friday, so that 2 meals a day x 15 days or 10 meals a week. I plan on bringing my own food 8/10 occasions each week.
