Thinking for more exciting lunches using up things from my store cupboard next week.

Day 5 of 5 for me today!!!! YAY!

Interesting kinda lunch today as I was busy last night and OH didn't bother to make any and I was tied up de-icing my car this morning. So I have Some 'Golden Syrup Oats so Simple', crisps left from yesterday and there are plenty of biscuits and chocolates floating around if I feel the need! Not exactly healthy..... but free!

Well I was aiming for 4/5 and its been 3/5 because I had a snow day  but as I didnt buy any lunch that day and ate at home from cupboard, I think it still counts as 4/5 :D

The not so good news is I did buy coffee on the way to work 2 days :o as its cold. Next week I will do better.

La escocesa I'm not (this month) turning down publunch(its a weekly team thing) but next month will probably go just for a drink and eat before or after.

  • Working from home today so that's 5/5 for me!

Have got a load of carrot and lentil soup in the freezer so that's the plan for next week. I think there's enough bread flour to make a few rolls too.
  • yea, well done to us all on our first week:j

5/5 for me too, even though working from home for 2 days, but I'm still counting it cos I'm not that hard on myself!

Good luck for those working over the weekend, and everyone else or next week too xxx

Count me in please. I have just gone down to 4 days a week and already make the kids a packed lunch every night so it is only one extra for me to make, unless I can persuade hubby to join me in this
