I wasn't planning to join any more challenges (for lack of signature space more than anything!) but since I'm already doing this anyway I may as well make it official. Maybe it'll help me do better
I'm going to attempt 4 out of 5 days per week
I would also like to confess I had cheesy chips for lunch, so that's my one day for the week used up. Hehe.
I have cooked up a packet of savoury rice to have in [itta bread tomorrow. Cheap and cheerful lunch.Aiming to be debt free AND a qualified lawyer by 30!

Gotta love that tuna mayo, Kayleighpea! Cheap, yummy, filling and healthy - genius!! I added some chopped up carrot to my last batch, which has got to boost my 5 a day, surely?? And it tasted yummy. OH and I both had it in wraps and there's still enough left for at least one more serve.
And Nottoobadyet, I think you are doing a great job of running your first challenge! :A
Thank you so much for setting it up, you can see that we are all really finding it so helpful, healthy and money-saving so we are all very grateful.
While I'm at it, thanks to everyone else as well for posting your delicious lunch ideas! I know if I can keep my lunches varied and yummy I will be able to keep this up.0
