£8.50 seems very expensive for two pies - usually they are between £2-£3 each at M&S. £5.99 would be about right.0

Leave the pies in a nice warm place for a few days. When they start to smell a bit funny, take them back. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I had some mince once from Tesco, which had gone off before the sell by date. It lived by our front door (outside) for a few days before I had time to take it back. By then it was really really bad... :beer: I did warn the SA not to open the carrier bag I had put it in.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
Next time take them home, eat one then take it back & say it tastes rubbish.
They normally have a "satisfaction guarantee" written in the small print on the back.0
