  • Yeah I wasn't hugely impressed with my weigh in, its not damage its just weight that can be removed with exercise - which since I know you have raced in a 10km you like. calories in calories out.

We can do this. think biggest loser!

Buffy, Spud, Beanie - we all need to be brave together :p I now weigh more than I did on 1st Jan :o Tomorrow is 1st March and I am setting myself a target of 10lbs loss this month  I am determined to do it - like Buffy says - this has got to be a lifestyle not a diet :D

1lb off this week for me hurrah.:j

:T be brave spud just put the bad time down to experience and start again. You will look back at a later date and be glad you didn't just give up.

If your like me then plenty of times I'm sure you will have said "if only I had stuck at it think of how much I could have lost by now!"

Don't be too disheartened we all have bad days just get straight back on again and don't beat yourself up over it.

Hi Louise. Not popped in for a while but can you update me - lost another pound so total is now 9/14. A very slow process for me but it's coming off not going on and that's the main thing. Wow The Biggest Loser was absolutely fabulous, how inspiring - I loved every minute, even though I really wanted Mike to win. Stick at it everyone - we'll all get to our goal eventually. As others are saying, it's a lifestyle change and everything worth having takes longer than you expect.
