    Hi Lou,

I really do hope you are okay. You are doing something so positive for all of us on this thread, so it is sad for me to hear the motivator is feeling demotivated/down. Big hugs going out to you, and I am sure everyone agrees, we are here for you as much as you have been here for us.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hi Louise, hope you feel better. If it wasn't for the challenges on this board I'd be heavier and poorer, so thank you.

    Hope you're ok Lou. x

Another 2lbs for me this week, so I've lost 15lbs since Xmas and reached my target! People have started asking me if I've lost weight which is a lovely feeling. Thanks again Lou for starting this thread cos this is the longest I've ever stuck with weight loss and it's really paying off!
