damn I have just found this thread now, it would have been great to have had company on the journey, especially your supportive comments to each other. I have finally got down to an acceptable weight (for me) and I dont want to go back up , so can I join for maintenance. If I put on 2lbs feel free to shout and kick [EMAIL="a@se"]a@se[/EMAIL] . If I put on twice also [EMAIL="boll@k"]boll@k[/EMAIL] me .I promise not to cry.

Hi all, well done to everyone who is still trying and just keep on going. Thanks louise for keeping this thread going I defiantly need the moral support. Another 1lb loss for me, slow and steady....... I have lost a total of 12lb now desperate to make it a 1 stone loss by easter. Keep going everyone you can do it.

Hi all:j Some great losses going on hre & thankyou to Louise & everyone for their support. I mananged to take my eye off the ball, just for short time & the gain didn't half shock me :eek: So glad to be on here & grateful for the discipline:D Managed to get the horrible gain off, but net result this week is I STS which is a big bonus for me....onwards & downwards all......

scales say no change for me happy with that, but as it is mothers day I will be eating cram cake at tea time, mrs invisible challenges the fat cells (lol)
