I was reading on bbc website today that March 18th is the day you are most likely to give up on your diet which you started at new year. Having already admitted I am getting a bit bored with it all this helped me a bit and I'm now feeling it's quite natural and I'm not just rubbish at dieting! I'm actually quite happy (BMI 23 now:D) but a few pounds more would be fab. So if anyone else is feeling this way it's normal and hopefully spring will give us all a wee boost towards fabulousness!Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

well today I sat on my fat arris all day:cool:
had 2 bowls of porridge with my usual 4 squares of chocolate and fruit and nut and seed mixture in
2 slices of toast and butter
and a 2" slice of french bread
oh and a bit of Battenburg cake
