    I had a low cal chicken balti with boiled rice for dinner and it was lovely. Off to have a bath in a bit then watch babies being born on C4:A

    I'm back too if that's Ok? :o I have lost a total of 2lbs since New Year :o

    Today I have eaten;
    • cereal and juice (I don't do milk)
    • jacket potato, chilli and salad
    • a glass of wine :o oops!
    • spinach and tomato ravioli ready meal (464 cals)
    Not too bad as it involved a pub lunch :)
    Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

    The first 10 week challenge is coming to an end at the weekend so I am going to start another 10 weeks off on this thread.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
