    A gain for me this week of 1 lb which is actually not as bad as I thought it would be after my over indulgence last weekend:o

    MrJ has lost 1lb though:beer:

    Time to roll up my sleeves and get back on the horse........or something like that:rotfl:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    3lbs loss for me, making my total loss 3lbs (I've been up and dowm a few times :o)
    Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

    3lb loss for me this week:j i am on hols so being doing lots of extra walks with the dog so seems to be making a difference. Still got a weeks hols to go so fingers crossed that this is another good week.
