Ohh Lou, I saw that on the news. How awful.

I was brave and weighed at the weekend. Not good but at least I now have my starting point.

I'm wasting my holidays too. DH went back to work yesterday and I have to admit, I feel a bit depressed he's not here with us. We all had such a lovely time together when he was off. I sat here all day yesterday and did nowt. Today WILL be different

Well done for getting on the scales:T

Its awful when you OH goes back to work and you are still off, I am totally bored and have no adult company at all.

Been looking at some homemade stuff to make for Christmas........
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I've got the kids. They're great company but we just stay here and do nothing. We have to be quiet too because he's in bed :(

Looking forward to our trip to the warren tomorrow :T

I was thinking of leaving here around 9.30. All directions say just under 2 hours so that should be alright ehh. If miracles happen and we arrive early, I'll park up somewhere. Doubt it will happen though

happy to give you just as much support as you've given me so far on my CD journey - and more if you need it :D

Week 12 for me next week and i have to add food (stuff like chicken, tuna, green veg) for 7 days to go up to 810 calories. I am determined it isn't going to knock me off the straight and narrow. I will be glad to get back on just my shakes/bars/soups etc, they have become my new security blanket! weird huh...

So if I remember Bb do you just add food for a week?
Then you can go back to sole source?
